Linda Valley Care Center is an 83 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility and is part of a Chancellor Health Care campus community, which includes Linda Valley Villa, a 98-apartment retirement living community for the active senior. Our campus is conveniently located in Loma Linda, near three major hospitals.
Serving the Inland Empire for over 40 years, Linda Valley Care Center is known for its excellent 24-hour nursing care, provided in a nurturing and safe, Christian environment. We cater to the needs of each resident by creating an individual and personalized plan of care. Our licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants provide complete care, including assistance with the activities of daily living, medication management, personal hygiene, bathing assistance and help with incontinence.
You can rely on our outstanding therapy staff to provide Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy when necessary. Our therapists and restorative nursing assistants aid our residents in achieving and maintaining their highest functioning level at all times.
Residents of Linda Valley Care Center enjoy the convenience of having their Physician visit them in-house and are secure knowing that the doctor is available for consultation, 24 hours a day.
To ensure that our residents maintain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle, we offer an extensive Activities Program providing social and recreational opportunities, including outings, for our residents to enjoy. Our Dietary staff prides itself in providing a nutritional, savory, vegetarian menu, prepared under the direction of a Dietician to meet each resident's dietary needs.
